Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across India with no minimum order. We also accept Cash-on-Delivery.

We do not deliver outside of India as of now. If you wish to receive the Imageminds kit outside of India, then write to us at sales@imageminds.com.

Shipment and Delivery Time

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Within 24 hours of receiving the order, we will ship the product and send an email with a tracking code to your email. Our Shipping Partner - India Post. You can track your order in the India Post site. Depending on your city, the average delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days.

Cancellation of Product

You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.

Undelivered Products

If, after seven business days, you have not received your order, please email us at sales@imageminds.com with your order number from the confirmation email/SMS. We'll help track down your order.
