Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

If the bag zipper is sealed with our brand seal and once opened or removed, the product cannot be returned

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@imageminds.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and insure it for the value.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. We will issue you a refund, excluding any shipping and other fees or charges you paid, back to your original mode of payment within seven (7) business days of the completion of the return inspection.

Any undelivered packages due to incorrect address or delivery acceptance refusals will attract re-shipping charges (based on the destination) if re-shipping is requested, or, if no re-shipping is requested within the 7 calendar days of us receiving back the package by the carried, a refund will be credited back to the original payment method deducting Rs 200 as return handling charges
